Material:
250 gr sandung myopia
150 gr paru
150 gr intestine
Tripe 150 gr
500 ml fresh susu / milk
1500 ml water
3 tbsp cooking oil

Fine spices:
3 pcs red chili
10 pcs red onion
7 pcs garlic
1 tsp pepper powder
1 slice ginger
2 tsp cumin
LBR 4 bay
2 BTG Serai, geprek
1 tsp clove powder
5 tbsp cooking oil

Complement:
2 pcs tomatoes jealous
BTG leaves 1 onion, finely sliced
BTG 1 celery leaves, finely sliced
fried onion, fried emping, sambel cayenne pepper, pickle.

How to create:

1. Boil the meat and 1 tbsp salt until soft, lift the meat pieces, dice, enter again into the sauce.
